Our Managing Director, Gillian Elcock, recently presented at a conference for family offices that took place in London. The topic of her speech was ‘Future Trends in Research’.

This conference was organised by Global Family Office Community, one of Denny Ellison’s partner organisations. The theme of the conference was ‘Are Family Offices Ready for the Future?’ and it was attended by over 100 people from around the world in the family office sector, on June 3 2014.

I was very pleased to participate in this conference as a speaker. My presentation focused on the recent regulatory changes that have been enacted by the FCA, the impact they could have on the investment research industry, and the potential implications for family offices.
