A major conference on the future of equity research will be held in September. Our Managing Director, Gillian Elcock, will be one of several panel speakers that have been chosen from senior management across the industry.
I have been hosting a speaker series on this topic over the last few months under the banner of VISIG, the Value Investing Special Interest Group of the CFA UK.
This has been in conjunction with my upcoming book on “The Future of Equity Research”.
The conference, hosted by the CFA UK, should be very interesting and topical, given some of the regulatory and economic developments that have been having an impact on both the buy and sell side recently.
